The Odyssey is damaged by meteors and its Iris needs repairs. They are near a brilliant green planet, if they can collect some emerald from the green planet perhaps the Iris can be mended. They find some strange winged people on the planet and huge flowers which grow everywhere. Ulysses seems more interested in these flowers than in getting back to the Odyssey...
