September 1957. Fifteen National Service officer cadets return to the Officer Cadet School after two wet and windy weeks at Battle Camp. They return under a cloud of suspicion; an 'incident' has occurred and justice must be done. but the investigation takes place behind closed doors, for the Army's reputation is at stake.
