As Gwen and Jenny want Christmas dinner in their own homes this year Mrs. Dale has arranged a dinner party for December 23 at Wells Road. Billy has started his holiday job at Bobs garage. The Plevnas have arrived at the Sheiling for Christmas and everyone is delighted to discover that Janet is expecting a baby next year.
