Thor Heyerdahl The Story of a Great Adventurer
Few people can match the life of adventure led by Norwegian explorer Thor Heyerdahl.
His voyages across the world in the most primitive of craft have changed our perceptions about the spread of civilization. Here for the first time, in ten weekly episodes, is his story. It began more than half a century ago, when Heyerdahl took his young bride 'back to nature'to the remote South
Sea island of Fatu Hiva. It was here that he first heard the legend of Kon Tiki. Narrated by Christopher Railing.
