Rosa Mota of Portugal and Iakov Tolstikov of CIS return to defend the women's and men's titles, but there'll be plenty of support for the thousands who are just hoping to finish the 26-mile course and raise money for charity. Since 1982 the event has grown from 7,055 runners to this year's record number of 35,750 runners from an application of more than 80,000.
