Frank Moran is Golf Editor of the Scotsman and has been its special representative at all big golf events and the writer of the Scotsman's weekly article on golfing topics. Mr. Moran has come to the microphone on many occasions, however, in other capacities, notably as chairman of the Optimists Golf Club Smoking Concerts and as the opponent of Mr. Will Y. Darling in the ' I want to abolish Motor Cars ' discussion. This is the first time he has been in charge of ' The Week in Scotland '.
