Ruby's Health Quest: Addictions

on BBC One London

The final programme in Ruby Wax's series on health.

Ruby flies to the world's leading addiction clinic Sierra Tucson, in Arizona, to investigate the whole range of addictive and dysfunctional behaviour. The residents suffer from a range of addictions, usually resulting from years of abuse by family members. She joins in with their holistic techniques, including "horse-hugging" and "driving people up the wall," and talks to people determined to solve their problems.
