To mark the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Queen's Accession to the Throne, a special showing of the celebrated film by Richard Cawston.
When this film was first shown on BBC1 in June 1969 it made television history with its unique picture of a year in the life of the Queen and her family. Since then it has been seen by record audiences throughout the world. This is the original full-length version for the benefit of viewers who would like to see it again or in colour for the first time, or for children who haven't been able to see it before.
