The second of three films showing man's varied involvement with wild animals on land and in the sea. Last Stand in Eden
The scene is Kenya-a homeland for elephants but also for man, and there's the dilemma. Two thousand elephants are on the move. Threatened by drought, shrinking food supply and human poaching, they instinctively migrate from their traditional pastures. They invade farmlands, creating havoc and destroying man's crops. In fertile Africa, people and elephants are now competing for space and food supplies. How can the African elephants survive?
