By E Nesbit. A hidden gem from the author of The Railway Children, dramatised in two parts by Peter Kerry.

1: Eleven-year-old Philip lives with his grown-up sister, but then she marries Mr Graham, who has a big house, a cook, and Lucy, a ten-year-old daughter. Left in the un-tender care of a nurse, Philip builds a model city from anything he can find, and soon he and Lucy are running for their lives! The conclusion of this story can he heard tomorrow at the same time.
