James Brolin , Telly Savalas As the world watches on television, Capricorn One, the first manned mission to Mars, lands on the angry red planet. But the mission is aborted and deep in the Arizona desert the three 'astronauts' are forced to fake a landing, planting the American flag on a film set.
Will being involved in this top secret cover-up guarantee the astronauts a safe 're-entry' to the planet Earth?
