A residential settlement. Beauchamp Lodge is a voluntary organisation founded in 1940. Always adaptable to local needs, it provides clubs for the young, old, lonely, and depressed; holidays for deprived children, beds for young strays, and a mental after-care unit. It is a community centre for people of the neighbourhood.
