The vibraharpist, Milt Jackson , more familiarly known as ' Bags talks to Charles Fox about his career in jazz,
After working with the orchestras of DIZZY GILLESPIE and WOODY HERMAN , he became, in 1953, a founder-member of the MODERN JAZZ QUARTET, With whom he remained until the break-up of the group in 1974. The programme is illustrated with some of his many recordings, including tracks made With thelonious MONK and MILES
DAVIS.
