Anna Grace runs the Spafford clinic in the Muslim quarter of Old Jerusalem which treats
Palestinian children whose lives have been severely affected by the Intifada.
Everyone, whether starving, sick or injured is welcome. No one is turned away. But Anna Grace is 86 years old and Mercy Corps, the American charity who want to take it over, have very different ideas for its future.
