Secretaries-General:
Catherine Lalumiere
(Council of Europe) and Sridath Ramphal
(British Commonwealth). Among other participants are Edward Heath , MP, Emma Keppel of East
Germany's New Forum and Jonathon Porritt of Friends of the Earth to ask: what will the shape of Europe be in the 21st century? How will the rise of the 'greens' change the political spectrum? Will
Europeans unite to keep out the world's poor? The programme is a unique One World collaboration between east and west - a co-production by Norwegian and East German Television. Producers Mette Janson (NRK) and Manfred Zeimer (DFF)
