Harold Williamson Revisits Matthew -A Child Forever
As soon as Anne Crosby saw her newborn baby, she knew he was a mongol. She pleaded with the hospital not to keep him alive, but they did everything to save his life. In 1983 her son was a teenager with an infant's mind. And she loved him. But at the same time she blamed the hospital for what happened to her and remained convinced he should have been allowed to die. Film editor JOHN NASH
