This year's Radio Exhibition, which opens today and closes on September 4, is the twelfth to be held at Olympia. The first Radio Exhibition Theatre was built four years ago ; each year has seen new records in attendance, and since 1935 the exhibition has been extended from nine days to ten.
This year's broadcast will be heard tonight, on Monday, August 30, and on the closing night, Saturday, September 4.
Captain R. A. L. Hartman , who will give listeners his impressions of the Exhibition, has broadcast frequently during the, last seven years on subjects as varied as fishing, circuses, and memorials.
