1: In 1977 two young journalists were given the assignment of their lives: to interview Charles Sobhraj - Asia's most wanted criminal - and write a book about his life. Above all they had to find the truth about Sobhraj. They paid little heed to a warning from a person who knew him well: 'Sobhraj has only two categories of people - accomplices and victims. You must be one or the other'.
