Adam J. Niles is an unmarried author of racy best-sellers on how the rest of the world lives and loves. Using a pseudonym, he settles in Paradise Village-a new model housing estate in California packed with young couples-to obtain material on how America lives. He soon runs into problems, notably from jealous husbands who resent his activities.
