Talk by W. Ellison
Professor of Crop Husbandry.
University College of Wales,
Aberystwyth
The main theme of Professor Ellison's talk is what should be classified as marginal land and What should not. He discusses the possibilities of increasing the output of grass and crops in marginal areas, and considers how to raise more store sheep and cattle which, when fattened, would help to increase Britain's scanty meat supplies.
To be repeated on March 4. See p. 3
