BERNARD JOHNSON (Organ) HELEN GUEST (Pianoforte)
BERNARD JOHNSON, who was responsible for introducing the Sunday recitals at the Albert Hall , occupied several important positions before becoming City Organist at Nottingham. He was Music Master at Framlingham College, Suffolk, and organist and choir-master at Bridlington Priory Church. He was also for a time assistant organ master at Leeds Grammar School.
