The World of Simenon
The Premier: a radio play by BRUCE BEEBY based on the novel by GEORGES SIMENON with Cyril Shaps as The Premier
In a house on the coast of Normandy sits an 82-year-old ex-Premier of France. The country is without a government, and hidden away among the books on the old man's shelves are incriminating papers which may give him the power to decide which government the country shall have.
