4: This is not a Death-house
A portrait in sound of 24 hours at St Luke's Hospice, Plymouth. Ten patients with terminal cancer are cared for at St Luke's, a converted boarding-house in Plymstock. Medically their needs are met by doctors and nurses with a specialist approach to pam control. But St Luke's is a charity and behind the scenes are all the tensions of money-raising and planning for the future needs of cancer sufferers in Plymouth.
