Very rightly the care of small babies, and in particular the question of the death-rate during child-birth, are now among the most urgent and present widely explored problems of the day in this country. The week occurs annually at the opening of July, and Dr. Saleoby's talk will help to explain its full significance and vital importance both to individuals and to the nation at large.
