Bill Cowley was a member of the Indian Civil Service from 1939 to 1947 and knows the area of the Western (Punjab) Himalayas extremely well. In 1957 he led a Yorkshire expedition to the Punjab Himalayas, and in this programme he recalls the sights and sounds of the country and people he revisited.
