Making their Proms debuts this evening are the violinist Pamela Frank and the conductor Petr Altrichter in his new partnership with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic.
They play a folk-inspired curtain-raiser by Suk, Brahms's lyrical concerto, and Dvorak's salute to the New World in his last symphony.
