Simon's whole life has revolved around his work and his family. Suddenly, everything has collapsed around him - his wife has left and he is facing bankruptcy. He goes to his factory in the East End, late one night, and as the hours go by. the past and present run through his mind. In a state of physical and emotional exhaustion, he tries to examine why everything has gone sour on him.
