THE Rev. Archibald McDonald is a professor at the famous Oscott College, Birmingham.
Before taking this appointment, lie was attached to the Church of St. James, Reading. Here lie was responsible for the music of the first broadcast from a Catholic church, in 1923. He is an authority on the church music of the sixteenth century and on plainsong.
