Montreal. From all over the world famous, eccentric people arrive to attend the international Congress of Criminologists. For Ironside and his team it promises to be a pleasant break from dealing with real crime. But a member of the delegation is killed by an explosion - the first strike by a group of political extremists intent on full scale destruction and murder...
