Erik Satie to Brian Eno , ambient is more than the sound of the chill-out room. Fifties experimentalists, 70s hippies and 90s techno whiz-kids have created a radical form of music that is much more than simply sound furniture. Introduced by Pete Tong with the Future Sound of London.
