Animal Hospital Live

on BBC One London

After the success of Hospital Watch, now follows Animal Hospital
Live. It is coming from the RSPCA's Sir Harold Harmsworth
Memorial Hospital in Holloway, North London, every day this week until Friday.
Funded entirely by the RSPCA, the Harmsworth provides animal treatment for owners who cannot afford private veterinary fees. It is staffed by a dedicated team of veterinary surgeons and nurses who tend a constant stream of accident victims, pets with major surgical diseases, strays and even wild animals.
Linda Bryans (of BBC 1 's Here and Now) and Rolf Harris, who report from inside the hospital, say they are well prepared. "This is the unpredictability of TV with live animals. If it goes wrong you can't do it again, "says Harris.
