A discussion
The current exhibition of paintings by George Stubbs at the Whitechapel Art Gallery, London, has been the first full opportunity for many people to discover the character and assess the value of Stubbs as an artist. In this programme Gerard Frankl and Michael Kitson discuss the painter with Basil Taylor, who has been studying Stubbs for some years and has selected the works for the present exhibition.
