Dr. Razzazz was secretary-general of the Ba'ath Party until four months ago. He claims to have written most of his books in prison: they include The Evolution of the Meaning of Nationalism, Freedom and its problems in the under-developed world, and his latest The Bitter Experience. He is now in Jordan.
