Stan Tracey
Julian Joseph celebrates the 80th birthday year of Stan Tracey , talking to the legendary pianist and composer about his writing and performing over the years. Tracey's interest in music began in the 1930s with the accordion, but it was the radio and gramophone records, by artists such as Duke Ellington and Thelonious Monk, that inspired him to improvise and develop an interest in jazz.
