Concluding the two-part drama, based on the true story of an air disaster, starring Charlton Heston
Flight 232 has to make an emergency landing. When the flight tower controllers in Sioux City issue an "Alert 3" dispatch to the community, everyone moves into position. The paramedics, fire units and Air and Army National Guards swing into action. At the hospitals, doctors and nurses expect the worst. Together they prepare to accomplish the impossible - to save the lives of the 296 passengers on board the doomed flight.
