The narrow streets of this Dorset town huddle round the twin-towered minster which dates from Saxon times. But there's more than history here, as Debbie Thrower discovers. Volunteers show her the help that's offered to patients and carers by PRAMA - the Pain Relief and Management Association. Debbie also meets traffic policeman Bill French, and hears about Friday nights at the Barn.
