Buxtehude and JC Bach with the Purcell
Quartet, and a Purcell anthem with bass Peter Harvey , the Choir of Westminster Abbey and the St James's Baroque
Players conducted by James O'Donnell.
There is also a chance to hear the stirring sound of shape-note music from 18th-century New England, performed at a concert in St James's Church, Piccadilly, by Vermont-based choir Northern Harmony undertheir director Larry Gordon
