a conversation between the retiring Bishop of London and F. H. A. Phillips
Dr. Winnington Ingram has spent the last fifty years in London, and has earned for himself a reputation not only as a great bishop, but as a man of tireless energy and good humour. Although over eighty years old, he still indulges in games. He has just retired from his diocese, and in a short time is setting off on a well-earned tour round the world.
Tonight he will tell
F. H. A. Phillips about some of the things that he most loves in London, and of his feelings on saying goodbye to his home city.
