The 12 qualifiers who have reached this stage are now divided into four groups of three teams as follows: Group A

All matches to be played in the Nou Camp Stadium, Barcelona Group B

Runners-Up of Group 5
All matches to be played in the Bernabeu Stadium, Madrid Group C

Runners-Up of Group 1 Runners-Up of Group 3
All matches to be played in the Sarria Stadium, Barcelona Group D
