Miriam decided to take a house near Park-wood Hill befoie she visited Canada. While Alec and Mrs. Freeman were looking over a house, Sally arrived and said Tony Coppard knew of a house which might suit them. The two orchids which Mrs. Freeman had been tending for Mrs. Dale began to wilt, so she decided to put two new ones in their place. Monument decided upon the same action, and Mrs. Dale discovered she had some very exceptional orchids which multiplied themselves, pots and all!
