Jazz on 3

on BBC Radio 3

A studio session gathering together four musicians from the British jazz resurgence of the 1980s. Bassist and founder member of the Jazz Warriors Gary Crosby is joined by two other key figures of that generation, pianist Julian Joseph and saxophonist Steve Williamson.
Together with Mark Mondesir on drums, they revisit their repertoire two decades on. Presented by Jez Nelson , who also rounds up the latest jazz offerings on CD.
