Supersilent
A concert given by Norwegian improvising group Supersilent last month at the London Jazz Festival. Billed as Norway's edgiest, noisiest, electro-avant-jazz supergroup, Supersilent's uncompromising style can touch on elements of hardcore noise but are just as likely to produce delicate soundscapes if the mood takes them. The line-up comprises Arve Henriksen , Stale Storlokken , Louis Sclarvis and Nils Petter Molvaer. Plus a celebration of 40 years of Ornette Coleman 's Free Jazzalbum. Producers Steve Shepherd and Kathryn Willgress
