Composer of the Week: Knussen: 4: Fantasies, Operatic and Otherwise

Oliver Knussen's two operas, "Where the Wild Things Are" and "Higglety Pigglety Pop!", settings of the children's books by Maurice Sendak, were hailed as one of the most engaging operatic achievements of our time. Today Knussen joins Donald Macleod to discuss the operas, a song cycle and a tone poem derived from them, and the Horn Concerto.
