Arthur has at last returned home to his anxious, waiting wife, who still cares enough to make a new bargain with him. She agrees reluctantly to finance him in his own record shop. Arthur then makes his last trip West as a song salesman and is deeply touched by a chance country meeting with a strange young girl. Meanwhile, his older flame Eileen is pregnant and Arthur's problems are still mounting and the Accordion Man still threatens to trouble him. and CHILDREN FROM THE FOREST OF DEAN
