The first of a new series of special television debates.

"That Marijuana should now be legalised for adults."
Ludovic Kennedy calls Jonathan Aitken to prove this proposition and Leon Brittan to disprove it.
Each of them may call any witnesses he wishes to substantiate his argument and use as evidence any film from the archives of the BBC.
The issue will be debated before a panel of thirty young lawyers and a specially invited audience.
