Another chance to hear eight lunchtime chamber music concerts given at the Victoria and Albert Museum during last summer's BBC Proms. The sixth concert is a matinee musicale re-creating one of the most famous concerts hosted by Rossini in Paris in the 1850s. Singers Katarina Karneus (soprano) and William Dazeley (baritone) are joined by pianists Artur Pizarro and Iain Burnside in music by Mozart, Chopin, Liszt and Rossini himself, including excerpts from his witty Sins of Old Age.
