Two 40-part Motets
Iain Fenlon considers the close connection between the works by Striggio and Tallis which conclude Radio 3's Bavarian Royal Wedding of 1568 on Wednesday. Illustrations include a first broadcast of Striggio's madrigal In honour of Elizabeth and England.
