The Who - BBC Electric Proms

on BBC Radio 2

Thirty-seven years after their seismically successful rock opera Tommy, famed rock quartet the Who premiere music from their new mini-opera, Wire and Glass. The performance was recorded on 29 October as the closing event of Radio 2's five-day live-music festival held at the Roundhouse in London's
Camden Town. Wire and Glass appears on the band's upcoming album and, until last week, had never been performed live. Producer Sarah Gaston
