Mr. Steger is a native of the Rhondda Valley, from which so many eminent Welsh singers have come. Like many of his compatriots, he has made a special study of Oratorio. He has had engagements in most of the principal Concert Halls in the country and has sung from nearly all the B.B.C. Stations.
