Sleep and Dreams
You might think that the principal function of sleep is to provide rest and relaxation, but many scientists think that one of its main purposes is to allow us to dream. What for, you might think, and what do these dreams (or nightmares) mean? And is It a myth or can we actually sleep on ' a problem and solve it in our dreams?
You can put your questions to science broadcaster Peter Evans and psychotherapist
Morton Schatzman , who have been doing research on patterns of sleeping and dreaming.
Sue MacGregor Is in the Chair.
